Giving the same value to multiple orders
In order check, values can be copied to several orders at once. This can be done as follows:
Activate a cell and select its contents. Then copy the contents by pressing Ctrl + C or right-clicking in the cell and selecting Copy.
Select the cells to which the value is to be copied. This can be done in one of three different ways:
- Click on a cell, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse across the cells to be selected.
- Click on a cell, hold down the shift key and click on another cell to highlight those cells and all the cells in between as well.
- Click on a cell, hold down Ctrl and click on the specific cells you wish to select.
Paste the copied value into the selected cells by pressing Ctrl + V or clicking Paste (Ctrl+V) in the menu bar.
Copying and pasting checkboxes
Selected and deselected checkboxes can be copied and pasted in the same way as other values, instead of having to select/deselect the checkboxes one by one. To select a cell with a checkbox, click in the cell next to the box. Cells with checkboxes are selected in the same way as other cells.
Tips!
Widen the column if more space is needed to click next to the checkbox.
